In the presented fragments, we confirm that time travel will be the main theme of the film. The plot will be based on the Flashpoint comic book series , where Barry Allen traveled back in time to save his mother from death. The effects of this trip were far more serious than Flash could have imagined.
There are a few important elements in this material. We can see two versions of the main character. Probably the Barry from the main timeline and the one from the New. Plus, we also have a new look at Supergirl (Sasha Kalle). It is also worth noting that Flash went to Batman for help (similar to the aforementioned comic book series). We even have a short shot of Michael Keaton returning to his role as Gotham protector.
In The Flash we will see Ezra Miller as the title character. He will be joined by, among others Ben Affleck, Kiersey Clemons, Sasha Calle, Maribel Verdu, and Ron Livingston. The premiere of the film is scheduled for November 2022.
