Our native company has just announced terrifying news. Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt updates are delayed. All previous information suggested a premiere this year. Recently, the new version of The Witcher 3 also received PEGI ratings. Unfortunately, all the signs in the sky were pointing wrong.
What you can read on the official CD Projekt Red twitter note, this time they want to do it well. Hopefully this isn’t just another cheat on their fans. Cyberpunk 2077 for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series is planned for the first quarter of 2022, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for the second quarter. The exact date is unknown.
Unfortunately, we don’t know much about Cyberpunk . We can only guess that Ray Traycing will show up.
However, on the official website of CD Projekt Red we can read the following information about the refreshed Geralt of Rivia:
Created with the most modern gaming hardware in mind, the edition will include The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, both add-ons and a set of released DLCs. The whole will be expanded with a number of visual and technical improvements, incl. ray tracing support and faster game load times.
Owners of the current versions will be able to update their game and take advantage of improvements for free. The refreshed version will be prepared by Saber Interactive, previously known from the port on the Switch. Let’s hope that in 2022 we will finally see it. Many people would like to visit Velen again or have a glass of wine in Toussaint.
