Sabrina Spellman is a teenage witch whose character has already been used many times in movies, series and cartoons. She is usually accompanied by the black cat Salem, a magical familiar that is to focus on the latest comic created by Archie Horror.
One-shot with Salem in the lead role will be available on October 12 as part of the Month of Mayhem series , which is a preview of the upcoming Halloween. In addition to Chilling adventures of Salem , Weirder Mysteries # 1, Fear the Funhouse # 1, and The Return of Chilling Adventures in Sorcery # 1 will also appear. The last one is a direct continuation of Madam Satan released last year .
Chilling adventures of Salem – Dan Schoening i Matt Herms
The story of Salem is a reference to the comic book Chilling adventures of Sabrina , which later also became one of Netflix’s most beloved series. It is not yet known whether in the new comic the famous familiar will be endowed with the ability to speak, as was the case with another production, the famous sitcom from the 90s, but in both cases we can expect success.
The comic is to be written by Cullen Bunn, who is already known in the comic book world. He was also awarded with statuettes such as the Ghastly Award and the Broken Frontier Awards in the category “Best Writer”. Dan Schoening, previously responsible for the visuals for the Sonic the Hedgehog series, will be responsible for the illustrations.
