A pair of indie science-fiction writers with some animation expertise on their side released a new cinematic trailer for Forbidden Origins: The Old Universe , the first installment in the series they hope to launch. The first look, available now on Amazon, is the focus of the trailer, but there’s more content in development from writers Armani Salado and Eric Martinez who provided a look at the book’s trailer. There’s no word yet on when the next book will be out, but this one appears to be available to read for free with a Kindle Unlimited subscription.
We’ve been best friends since childhood, and now as adults, we’ve started our own publishing company. We want to tell our stories. We also learned how to animate and thought it would be wise to make a movie trailer, bringing our story to life. Our website is also one giant Wikipedia full of history, character biographies, planetary descriptions, history, and much more.

Book summary:
Star Wars meets The Lord of the Rings in this debut epic fantasy about a universe before ours, trapped in the middle of a war led by a son who finally yearns for freedom in space.
No one knows where the Spears come from, but they do know that the Spears of Time and Space created the universe. They know that the Allfather gives the Spear of Space. They know that his planetary realm hovers over every star, every galaxy and every world – casting a shadow of fear and bondage. They know that serving the Black Palace is a matter of life or death.
Corrin knows it too. Being the herald of the Allfather made him a symbol of war and anguish. Devastation always occurs when Corrin enters the planet’s atmosphere with the Black Palace banner. But for Corin it is enough.
As rebellion against the Allfather spreads across the universe, Corrin begins an internal battle about who he is and what future the Spears hold for him. War with the Allfather seems unimaginable, but Corrin knows that if nothing changes, chaos is inevitable.
The Old Universe begins an epic, heartbreaking and powerful series that takes readers back in time to witness the beginning of the end.
