American voice actor Brice Weeks Armstrong, known primarily as the narrator of the English versions of computer games and the anime series "Dragon Ball" and "Dragon Ball Z", has passed away. He was also the voice of Captain Ginyu.

Brice Weeks Armstrong (born January 3, 1936) was a Texas voice actor working primarily for Funimation, which specializes in dubbing and distributing anime.
He became famous as the narrator of the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z series as well as computer games from this series. In addition, in the series, he voiced Captain Ginyu .
He also played the character of Tim Marcoh in the anime series Steel Alchemist .
