The secret is out! Justice League stars Ben Affleck and Jason Momoa reunite in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom . The Aquaman actor announced Affleck’s return as Batman on Instagram on Thursday after the pair were “caught” by tourists in the Warner Bros. studio area.

What does this information mean for Snyderverse?
For starters, it’s no secret that Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will not be the last time Affleck takes on the role – it has already been confirmed that Batman will be appearing in the upcoming Flash movie. As Flash is rumored to “reset” the DC movie universe, many assumed that this might be the last time Affleck would appear as the protagonist before the baton is handed over to Keaton.
So does Affleck’s appearance in the new Aquaman potentially imply that we can assume his Batman will appear in future post- Flash productions ? Of course, it is not known what the future holds – but his unexpected involvement in the film could ultimately make him stay with us longer.
