The Avatar franchise is still doing great, releasing more and more new productions, from the drama series to the animated film. This time the story returns in the graphic novel Azula in the Spirit Temple .
During Comic-Con, work on a comic book dedicated to Azula’s Avatar: The Legend of Aang series has been announced , and now the cover of the story has also been made available!
So far, fans don’t know much about Azula in the Spirit Temple , but the premiere is set for 2023. This is the second comic in which Azula plays the leading role. The princess has returned disguising herself as the Kemurikage, discovering her true calling. According to Azula, she is determined to oversee the Fire Nation by controlling Zuko from hiding. While this goal seems impossible to achieve, potential failure will not stop her from trying. So when a new graphic novel hits the shelves, Avatar fans hope to learn more about Azula and her journey through the Hundred Years’ War.
