“Avatar” hit the screens with variable luck. Most fans surely prefer to forget about the acting adaptation, but the animated series is a completely different story. Recently, an unseen pilot episode of this production hit the network.

More perceptive fans will surely notice a number of differences from the rest of the series. Some of the voices are different, Katara has a different name and the animation level is worse. This shows how the ideas about the painting changed during the production.
Currently, Avatar: The Last Airbender and its sequel – The Legend of Korra – are available on Netflix. The streaming giant also plans an acting series about the adventures of Aang and his friends. Unfortunately, due to the differences in the vision of how the production should look like, the creators of animations who were to take an active part in the creation of the image, gave up further work on it.
