Asterix made its debut in the Pilote magazine 60 years ago . Brave Gaul is certainly one of the most famous comic book heroes. On the occasion of his birthday, we present a gallery of unusual figurines straight from Belgian museums.
Asterix has been devoted to numerous comics, but also films (both acting and animated) and games (video, board and others). It should come as no surprise that he and many other characters known from his history also have official figures. The gallery below contains some photos from two museums in Brussels, where you can find figurines of Gauls and Romans created by Uderzo and Goscinny. More specifically, these are the collections of the MOOF (Museum of Original Figures) and photos from the store in the Belgian Center for Comics.
