The series, which started during the Third Crusade and now portrays the realities of Spartans and Vikings, in recent years has put less emphasis on stealth and more on open combat, which is a colossal change for these games. However, the new Assassin games still contain elements that are familiar to old stagers, and it looks like Ubisoft will try to create games that will please every player.

As reported by Tom Henderson via Try Hard Guides, Ubisoft is expected to unveil some new Assassin’s Creed titles on September 10 at Ubisoft Forward. We already know that Assassin’s Creed Mirage will appear there and it is said to be a more linear game and similar to the original versions compared to the last Assassins. According to Henderson, two other games that are part of Assassin’s Creed Infinity will also be presented. These titles include Project Red , a samurai game set in Japan, and Project Hexe , a darker take on the series that focuses on 16th-century witch hunts. Though rumor has it Mirageis expected to be released in 2023, the other two games are expected to be released in 2024 at the earliest and are unlikely to be released at the same time. Bloomberg also confirmed these reports.
All in all, it looks like fans will have the opportunity to play more classic Assassin’s Creed productions , receive long-awaited Japanese flavors and experience something unique in the gaming industry by taking part in a witch hunt. Time will show how each of these games will actually look like, although in fact the franchise has been “on the rise” for a long time. With such variety on the horizon, it is hard to imagine that Ubisoft’s ideas for the new Assassin’s Creed would run out.
