The number of new universes and the characters they contain can confuse many MCU fans. One of the most common questions is: Has Venom met Spider-Man before?
Spider-Man: No Way Home hit theaters earlier this month and has already grossed $ 1 billion. Some of the highlights of the movie were episodes with Spider-Man stars from previous movies, from actors who appeared in productions with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. In No Way Home , Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) casts a spell for Peter Parker (Tom Holland) to make everyone forget he’s Spider-Man. Unfortunately, this backfires. A lot of villains are transferred to Peter’s world, but Venom is missing among them. According to the creators of Spider-Man, Venom apparently does not exist. If so, why was he one of the characters transferred to the MCU timeline? In a recent interview with Varietywriters Erik Sommers and Chris McKenna explain the presence of Venom after the closing credits of Venom 2: Carnage .
The point is that the symbiote has knowledge of other universes. There is some knowledge of this connection in his brain.

Hopefully, the creators of Spider-Man and Venom themselves embrace all timelines, universes and the two comic heroes will inevitably meet. It seems that this could happen in the movie Venom 3 with Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock.
