Polish Television has an offer for fantasy fans. The premiere of the new program next Sunday.
“Fantasy is freedom. Freedom for imagination, freedom for creation ”is the message of Alter magazine – a new weekly program dedicated to fantasy and its impact on culture. The premiere of the first episode will be broadcast on TVP Kultura on December 1.
The program will be hosted by the journalist Julia Chmielecka and fantasy writer, historian Adam Podlewski, who will present the viewers with reviews of books and computer games in a unique way, as well as discuss and announce the most interesting cultural events. In addition to interesting conversations with prominent writers and creators of fantasy and science fiction works, the program will include truly fantastic curiosities, duels for reviews and truly extraterrestrial information. The editors will also track urban legends – not fully explained phenomena and stories.
The guest of the first episode will be Rafał Kosik, author of science fiction novels, best known from the popular series of novels Felix, Net and Nika . In subsequent episodes, the studio will be visited by Maja Lidia Kossakowska – the author of the best-selling Angelic Hosts , journalist Lech Jęczmyk and Andrzej Pilipiuk, known, among others, from the series Przygody Jakub Wędrowycz .
The premiere of Alter will take place on Sunday, December 1 at 23:15. The replay will be broadcast on Wednesday, December 4 at 2:15 PM.
