Activision confirms – we can expect the game “Call of Duty 2023”!

Call of Duty is getting a new game in 2023, which may not come as a surprise to some people. It is one of the biggest franchises in the world, and that’s partly because it’s reliable. The series has released a new game every year for 20 years, and sometimes even more than one a year thanks to spin-offs like Warzone.

The game has evolved from a simple World War II shooter to something that now includes zombies, outer space, futuristic warfare, and much more. It’s a giant among names, and the machine has been well-oiled for some time now. However, there have been rumors that Activision will skip the franchise in 2023 for some reason.

Some of the last few Call of Duty games have been done quite quickly, resulting in difficult launches, bugs, missing content, and other shortcomings that fans haven’t overlooked. With that in mind, it made sense for Activision to consider a year-long hiatus, but rumors kept suggesting we’d get an expansion or something for Modern Warfare 2 . However, Activision has confirmed that they are still on track to deliver a new Call of Duty game later this year. At the moment, the publisher has yet to reveal the developer, although according to reports, Sledgehammer Games is leading the way in this matter. The game is also expected to tie in with Modern Warfare to some extent .

We don’t know anything about the title at the moment. The franchise tends to reveal new entries in May or June, so we’re probably only a few weeks away from hearing more. We can probably also expect the installment to be released in October or November, as that’s the timeframe the series usually premieres.
