Doctor Who will be back in a new adventure this April! A new special episode will be called Legend of the Sea Devils . This episode will air on BBC and BBC America on April 17th!
The creators promise the return of the classic monsters from the first Doctor Who . The Sea Devils first appeared in 1972, when they fought the third Doctor. Then he was played by the famous Jon Pertwee. These known monsters will appear on screens for the first time since 1984, the fifth Doctor. We’ll see how they’ve really changed!
The Legend of the Sea Devils episode will be the second of the three final episodes for Jodie Whittaker, who has been playing the role of The Doctor since 2017. According to the BBC, the 13th Doctor, along with Yaz (Mandip Gill) and Dan (John Bishop), will move to 19th century China. They will find a small coastal village under attack by the pirate queen Madame Ching (Crystal Yu) and terrifying alien monsters. The Doctor and her friends will have to fight the Sea Devils to save the planet.
It sounds really interesting doesn’t it? We are curious about the ending of this story and we can’t wait to see the secrets that director has prepared for the viewers!
