The second trailer for third installment of “Fantastic Beasts” franchise has finally appeared on the web. The story, full of dynamic action, casts a new shadow on the multi-threaded history of the fight between Dumbledore’s Army and the followers of Gellert Grindelwald.
The action of the new film takes place in the 1930s. The magical world is involved in preparations for World War II. The scenery is Bhutan, Germany, China, Brazil, the United States and the United Kingdom. Newt Scamander is sent on a mission by Albus Dumbledore. It is to gather allies who could repel the attacks of Gellert Grindelwald’s forces. When things get too far, Dumbledore will have to decide whether to engage in conflict or remain aloof. Meanwhile, with the help of the Obscurus parasite, he released Aurelis previously known as Credence Barebone. The wizarding war is inevitable.
The production cast includes Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Callum Turner, William Nadylam, Poppy Corby-Tuech, Jessica Williams, Jude Law and Mads Mikkelsen. David Yates is behind the camera. The script was written by JK Rowling and David Kloves.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore premieres on April 15, 2022.
