Surely every fan of minions would like to learn more about Gru, who is known from previous installments of this creatures adventures. This time viewers will have the opportunity to travel to the 1970s. These are the times of Felonius Gru’s youth. In the upcoming production of Minions: The Rise of Gru Illumination also presents a hitherto unknown group of villains – The Haunted Six.
Universal pictures and Illumination finally released the trailer for the next minion production announced in 2020.
In the previous version of the Minions, they had a chance to have a new leader, a world-famous villain, Scarlet O’Haracz. At the end, however, Gru appeared, and the minions proved and strengthened their loyalty to their greatest authority.
In the new minion movie, viewers will see 12-year-old Gru, who admires the Haunted Six, a famous team of supervillains. Sam also wants to become evil, so he tries to join the group of his idols. However, not everything goes according to the boy’s plan. During an interview, Gru steals a valuable item belonging to the Dire Six, making him the number one target of the evil heroes.
