The murderous Winnie the Pooh is back! Check out new photos from the movie Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2. The premiere of the production is scheduled for 2024.
Following the financial success of Pooh: Blood and Honey earlier this year, the film’s producers quickly began working on a sequel. Principal photography is already underway on the sequel, and the film is now revealing the first look at a surprise character’s return to the Hundred Acre Wood.
On Monday, photos of the tiger from Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 surfaced , showing the bloody tiger – or more precisely, something resembling a dog – in full terror. In the first film, Tigger was completely absent, and the only two characters to appear were Winnie and Piglet.
The sequel is said to have a much larger budget than the first, given the commercial success of the horror adaptation. The creators of the project are starting a shared universe of horror films based on children’s books that have entered the public domain.
The idea is that we will try to imagine that everyone is in the same world so that we can have crossovers. People are sending messages that they really want to see Bambi vs. Pooh… There are many, many, many other ideas that are not Disney related. Lots of old fairy tales and urban legends, concepts that are synonymous with your childhood and that’s what I want to build into a twisted alternate reality.

In addition to Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, horror films starring Bambi and Peter Pan are also in the works.

Official synopsis of the film
The days of adventure and fun are over as Christopher Robin, now a young man, has left Winnie the Pooh and Piglet to their own devices. As time passes, feeling angry and abandoned, they both become feral. After tasting blood, Winnie the Pooh and Piglet set out to find a new source of food. Soon after, their bloody rampage begins.

Simon Callow, whom many viewers probably know from “Four Weddings and a Funeral”, is scheduled to appear in Pooh : Blood and Honey 2 . The star will also feature Ryan Olivia as Winnie the Pooh, Peter DeSouza-Feighoney, Scott Chambers and Tallulah Evans. The release date is scheduled for 2024.
