The MCU is constantly expanding with new projects – WandaVision is the first of many announced series, from the six main Avengers in 2012 to dozens of characters in the latest installation in the series, Avengers: Endgame . By recovering the rights to exploit characters, whether through the expiration of contracts ( as in the case of Defenders ) or through Disney acquisitions (Fantastic Four, X-Men), Marvel is increasing its possibilities. However, there is nothing to prevent the use of characters in the upcoming project that have not been “loaned” to the competition. Such an example could be the Big Six group, whose members, according to the information obtained by The DisInsider, are to appear in the live-action version.
The Disney movie was only a reference to the comic book group, so it may turn out that the production of the MCU will be significantly different from that of 2014. It is not known which heroes will appear on the screens, although most likely Baymax and Hiro will be among them. There is also no specific data on in which of the production the Big Six members would appear. The titles include Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness , Secret Invasion , and Agents of Atlas , a group whose member was Jimmy Woo (an agent who made his debut in the MCU in Ant-Man and Axis and returned to WandaVision ; he played this role Randall Park).
We still have to wait for more information, but in the meantime it is worth getting acquainted with the heroes, whether in a comic or movie version, or an animated series that Disney produced after the success of the 2014 animation. Although the latter has already ended (the last episode of the third season was released on February 15), a spin-off Baymax is to appear on Disney + in 2022 ! so knowing the characters won’t hurt!
