Koko-di Koko-da – the sensation of the Sundance festival and one of the most original and intriguing horror films of recent years, with strong influences of David Lynch and Lars von Trier. A shocking and mesmerizing ghastly aura story about loss, trauma and mourning, told like the worst nightmare in which the spiral of violence turns to the extreme. The second film by the respected Swedish director Johannes Nyholm, the author awarded at the Warsaw Film Festival Giant . An unforgettable image hailed as the movie bastard of Groundhog and Babadooka Day .
Mourning Tobias and Elin go camping to get closer to each other and try to save the crumbling marriage. On the spot, instead of the long-awaited idyll, they find three circus artists who drag them into a whirlwind of cruelty, humiliation and psychological terror.
The Hour of Purification is a suspenseful hellish rollercoaster of extreme horror, packed with dynamic action, unexpected plot twists and first-class special effects. The horror film by Damien LeVeck tells the story of the world’s only online podcast with live exorcisms that gets out of control one night. The film is a full-length development of the 2016 short horror film of the same title, financed by Kickstarter.
The Reverend Max and his friend Drew host a hugely popular online program where they perform live exorcisms. However, the large audience is not aware that the podcast is a perfectly staged fraud. One night the situation gets out of hand when a real and especially cruel demon enters the impersonating fiancée, Drew, Lane, turning the studio into a hellish abyss.
Ecstasy is a hypnotic, dark and punk-energetic horror film about a desperate painter who, in pursuit of inspiration, falls into a whirlwind of narcotic breakouts and discovers an unhealthy lust for blood. Bathed in eternal darkness, dingy Los Angeles, devilish, narcotic visions, the dangerous world of art and life on the border of reality and sleep. The new film by Joe Begos, the creator of the acclaimed horror film Almost Human , is a narcotic story drawing from vampire cinema about losing yourself to art and sliding into the abyss of madness.
Known for her macabre work, the painter Deezy Donahue (Dora Madison) is a professional in every inch. Unable to finish her latest work, she looks for inspiration, reaching for all the drugs available. In pursuit of inspiration, he falls into a whirl of hypnotic trips, spent at wild houses and in heavy metal bars. After spending a few nights with debauchery friends Courtney (Tru Collins) and Ronnie (Rhys Wakefield), Deezy notices some changes in her body. On the one hand, he regains inspiration and can continue to work on the painting, on the other – he begins to feel an unhealthy and ever stronger attraction to blood.
The Girl from the Third Floor – If you’ve ever experienced a renovation, the dramatic course of which has led you to the brink of madness, you are still not ready for what Travis Stevens prepared in his uncompromising directorial debut. The Girl from the Third Floor is an extremely stylish, bloody, but not devoid of black humor story of a haunted house, cruel mystery and inner demons that sit in each of us. The popular American professional wrestler and MMA fighter Phil “CM Punk” Brooks starred in the enthusiastically received lead role. The film’s world premiere took place at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, in the Midnighters night section.
Cracking pipes, rotting walls and unidentified sludge… This was not what Don Koch (CM Punk) expected when he convinced his wife Liz (Trieste Kelly Dunn) that he would renovate a newly purchased Victorian house on his own. Working under time pressure and being tempted by inner demons, Don quickly discovers that the new place has a dark, cruel history and will not easily succumb to his renovation plans …
